How it works

1. Connect RingCentral

Create a free account and connect RingCentral. OAuth with your own RingCentral app — create an app in your RingCentral developer console, paste its Client ID and Secret, then authorise read-only access (company-wide call logs need an admin user). Your data starts syncing immediately.

2. Add Ask AI to your AI tool

One MCP server URL for Claude, a Custom GPT for ChatGPT, or a connector for Gemini and Perplexity. Setup takes about two minutes and there is nothing to install.

3. Ask questions in plain English

Your AI tool can now query your real RingCentral data, cross-referenced with every other source you connect. No dashboards, no exports, no SQL.
